Mr. Fisher is responsible for overseeing StrataCare s Marketing, Finance, Production Technology, Client Services, and PPO Networks departments. He also oversees day to day operations of GenSource. Mr. Fisher previously was the President/COO of StrataCare s claims division, GenSource. In that role he managed all software development, software enhancements, client relations, customer service, and marketing of the company. Mr. Fisher has over 20 years experience in the insurance, claims, and risk management fields. Most recently Mr. Fisher served as National Vice President of Corporate Information and Technology for CCMSI, a national TPA. He supervised the development of their proprietary claims management software and web based reporting systems. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Claims and Litigation for the Louisiana Restaurant Association Self Insurers Fund, Mr. Fisher was in charge of setting up the in-house Workers Compensation claims operation and administering claims for a 1,600 members/$16 million self-insurance fund. During his tenure as Risk Management Director for K&B Drugs, Mr. Fisher s responsibilities included fiscal and management oversight for the entire property, casualty and group medical insurance programs. Finally while at Nationwide Insurance Company, Mr. Fisher provided loss control and risk management consulting services to various accounts in the manufacturing, retail, service and hospitality industries. Mr. Fisher is a graduate of Millersville State College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with a degree in Political Science. He holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Accreditation. Mr. Fisher has completed extensive coursework in risk management and insurance.
