For nearly a decade, Greg Flanagan has successfully completed well over one hundred searches at every level of management in the healthcare industry. His clientele has included many well-known leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies as well as emerging and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers. Prior to founding EHP, Greg played an integral role in the growth of a start-up firm into one of the leading search firms in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries today. During that time, he worked directly with the president of the firm-one of the top executive recruiters in the field. Greg received many years of mentoring in the right way to conduct executive search. This real-life, on the job training from a successful expert has proved invaluable to his own success. Greg started his career in the financial industry working with Citicorp for four years and an investment bank for two years prior to entering the search industry. He earned his BS in Business-Economics with a minor in Finance from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Greg and his family reside in Connecticut where he is a religious education teacher and active in youth programs.
