Mr. Gorlinski is a Managing Director with Cleary Gull and has over 12 years of experience in corporate and financing transactions. He is currently responsible for both the marketing and execution of mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Mr. Gorlinski has advised numerous clients in the Business, Service, Consumer, Distribution and Industrial Products and Manufacturing industries. Prior to forming Cleary Gull in March 2002, Mr. Gorlinski held investment banking positions with Tucker Anthony Sutro and Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. At Rodman & Renshaw, he also held other positions in management reporting and strategic and financial planning. Mr. Gorlinski is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth Milwaukee Chapter. Mr. Gorlinski earned his M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. |
