Greg Hohman has more than 30 of years experience in finance, operations and management consulting. Greg is experienced in multiple disciplines and has specialized skills in accounting, finance, operations, process improvement, project management and strategic and business planning.
With extensive experience serving in various management consulting and senior level management roles in numerous challenging situations, Greg has acquired the skill set to maximize value and profits, streamline operations and increase an organization's effectiveness. His industry experience includes: manufacturing, distribution, service, government, insurance, retail banking and real estate.
Greg brings to Focus Management Group over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, ownership structuring, financing, work-outs, construction, leasing, management and sales. In his most recent role, Greg was President and Owner of a consulting and development company that specialized in commercial and residential investment properties. Prior to successfully selling the company, Greg was personally involved in the development and construction of the 500,000 square feet of commercial property and 1,200 residential units.
Greg also served as the Consulting Manager for one of the world's largest professional services organization, where he helped assist companies to achieve their full potential. In this role, Greg sold, managed and performed client-consulting engagements to increase profit, growth and efficiency.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received a B.S. degree with an accounting emphasis. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and also serves as a board member to the Finance Committee of Archangel Communications.
