Mr. Marsh is a California Registered Professional Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of design, construction, and installation/commissioning experience for exploration and production projects, with emphasis on offshore vessel moorings, oil storage and production. He has managed projects, design teams, and engineering subcontractors on projects ranging from 500 to 25,000 engineering man-hours for structural, mechanical and E&I design scopes. Many of these projects have had demanding accelerated schedules with fixed delivery dates and significant overall project liquidated damage clauses with early completion incentives. His breadth of experience includes multiple disciplines including steel structures, process vessels and piping design, rotary and heavy lift equipment (i.e. cranes, winches, jacks, etc.), as well as hydraulic/pneumatic control & power circuits and basic electrical and instrumentation requirements in the petroleum industry.
