Gregory P. O Brien is Chief Executive Officer of The Staubach Company. The Staubach Company nationally totals over $450 million in revenues projected for Fiscal Year 2007 with almost 1,500 employees in 68 offices. Greg assumed the CEO role after having served as President of Staubach s Northeast Region, with offices in Tysons Corner, VA, Washington, DC, Bethesda, MD, Baltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA, and Boston, MA. In this role, Greg was responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of Staubach s activities throughout the Northeast Region, while serving on the Executive Committee and Leadership Council for The Staubach Company. He was also the founder of Staubach s Law Firm Practice Group and the national Public Sector practice. Greg was appointed to The Staubach Company s Board of Directors in 2007. Greg opened Staubach s Washington, DC office in 1993 and led the growth of Staubach Northeast overall from $20 million in services revenues when he took over the region in 2000, to over $55 million projected for Fiscal Year 2007. Likewise, the professional team in the Northeast has grown from 48 people in 2000 to 132 in 2007. As a tenant representative and leasing manager, Greg has negotiated transactions valued in excess of $3 billion. He combines exceptional financial capabilities and negotiating experience to lead the Staubach team for many of its most complex and diverse assignments, in the corporate, law firm, non-profit and public sector areas. Greg received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, and was named MVP of The Staubach Company s Corporate Services Division in 1999. Greg is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), and is on the Board for Teach for America in Washington, DC. He lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife, Lynne, and their three children. |
