Greg is a seasoned human resources executive who assists clients in recruiting key talent, building organizational bench strength and optimizing workforce performance by enhancing leadership skills. He is also skilled in creating outplacement services that meet the needs of both organizations and individuals affected by reductions in force. His clients have ranged from small to Fortune 100 organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has deep experience in service, industrial and technology environments.
Greg draws upon more than 25 years of combined Human Resources Management, Executive Recruitment and Career Transition Services experience. As an Executive Recruiter he facilitated the placement of senior management professionals from a variety of disciplines. Greg has personally delivered outplacement services to well over 2,500 people. His work has taken him to Panama, where in the late 1990�s he helped outplace employees of the Panama Canal Zone whose jobs were being displaced by a historic change in the control of the canal. His blend of experience gives him a unique perspective when working with client organizations and their employees as they transition through the employment life cycle.
A graduate of Mount Union College with a B.A. in Business Administration, Greg is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). He is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and has been active on the planning committee for the annual Northeast Ohio Human Resources Conference (NOHRC).
Greg is also a co-founder of the Chagrin Valley Job Seekers (a much-admired job-search support group for professionals in career transition), a past board member of the Career Initiative Center (a nonprofit job-search cooperative) and a frequent speaker at job-search support groups throughout Northeast Ohio. |
