Greg joined Chrysalix in 2005 and is active in leading new investments and work with current Client Companies. Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fat Spaniel Technolgies, Inc., HydroPoint Data Systems Inc., and Novazone, Inc. Greg has more than 15 years experience working in Cleantech industries and finance, including work in alternative fuels, water management, nuclear power, and Capital market. Prior to Chrysalix, Greg spent several years at the University of British Columbia developing alternative fuels and combustion technologies for power and transportation. Prior to UBC, Greg was Senior Vice-President and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he managed a proprietary hedge fund. His earlier Capital Market experience includes positions at Citigroup in Equity Derivatives and Chase Manhattan Bank in Emerging Markets. Prior to his work in Wall Street, Greg worked for a California water utility where he assisted in the permitting of the Los Vaqueros Reservoir and where he provided expert testimony for California State and U.S. Federal water regulatory hearings. Greg also worked briefly in the Fuel and Physics Group at the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station, where he developed advanced reactor fueling programs.Greg holds a B. Sc. (honors) in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and M.S. and Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Caltech. |
