Trulia's founding investor and board member, Greg is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur who has worked extensively with technology-enabled growth companies and has made numerous investments with long-time investing partner, Fayez Sarofim & Co. Greg has assumed a leading role in several successful organizations including: founding investor in eHarmony, where he currently serves as CEO; co-founder and CEO at Destination-U; founding investor of Wily Technology; venture investor in Avantgo, eGain, Qurb, and Vizu; and former general partner at Charles River Ventures. He also invested in public technology companies with Pacific Edge Investment Management.
Greg holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Stanford University. Since launching an internationally successful software and consulting company before high school, Greg has been cited on investing and technology matters in the New York Times, San Jose Mercury News, BusinessWeek and on CNBC. He is also co-founder of Startup, a non-profit organization providing business training for nearly 500 entrepreneurs. Greg is a member of the Hoover Institution Board of Overseers at Stanford University, and he was a founding member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Management Board. |
