Greg is a key advisor to Forest Hill, with more then 18 years of experience in the capital markets, including private equity, money management and debt markets. He recently retired from a leading Greenwich based money management firm where he developed the firms principal finance activities growing assets to $3.0 billion over a four year period. Prior to this role he was employed at Wells Fargo Bank, NA in a corporate lending function. During his career he successfully structured the capital and closed over twenty-five corporate divestitures (acting as principal in three). Today he is focused on investing his own capital and co-investing with others. Greg holds a degree in Finance from the Bernard Buruch College in New York and has been an invited speaker at several leading conferences including The Turn-Around- Management Association, The Commercial Finance Association, Jefferies High Yield Credit Conference, and several Capital Round Tables. |
