Greg is CFO of Eurekster, Inc. and Managing Director at Proficio Group, LLC. At Proficio Group LLC. he has served as acting CFO for more than 35 start-up companies for the last seven years. Greg previously was controller and interim CFO for Micronics Computers, a NASD-listed maker of computer motherboards and video cards that was acquired by Diamond Multimedia. He also spent seven years as Vice President and CFO of Dynamic Isolation Systems, an engineering designer and fabricator of earthquake shock absorbers. He had extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting operations at Gates Corporation, a Fortune 500 private company with numerous foreign and domestic subsidiaries, most notably Learjet. Greg has an MBA in accounting from the University of Colorado, a BS in biological science from Colorado State University and is a CPA. |
