Mr. Pollack has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, bringing to Dresner a wealth of experience with both public and private middle market businesses. He has led over 50 transactions and advisory engagements in his career, including growth capital raises, balance sheet restructurings, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, initial and follow-on public offerings, fairness opinions, strategic consulting and valuation addressing a broad range of corporate and shareholder purposes. Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. Pollack directed investment banking operations for a regional brokerage firm specializing in small cap public offerings. He began his investment banking career with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets where he worked with Fortune 500 industrial companies and financial institutions, and continued his investment banking activities with both public and private companies at regional investment banks Rodman & Renshaw and Kemper/EVEREN Securities (now Wachovia Securities). A certified public accountant, Mr. Pollack is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society, and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. |
