Mr. Spilker joined Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) in January 2008 as the Chief Strategy and Client Satisfaction Officer. He is responsible for defining the strategic direction of the company through development and implementation of the 3 Year Plan. He identifies and manages critical acquisitions and guides the company in strategic business pursuits. He also oversees service delivery to ensure complete client satisfaction. In addition he is the primary interface to ensure synergism with the parent company, Kforce Inc.
Prior to joining KGS, Mr. Spilker was the Vice President of Kforce Government Holdings. In this position he oversaw the integration of acquired companies to ensure alignment with the operations of the parent company. He was engaged in the integration and support of both commercial and government customers in: Enterprise Data Management, IT Services and Solutions, Finance and Accounting activities, Business Process Outsourcing and Program Management.
Before joining Kforce, Greg was the General Dynamics, Network Systems, Southern Region Client Manager. GD-NS provides a wide range of technology solutions to customers around the world. Greg has worked as a director of operations for several large companies supporting DOD. He served on active duty retiring as a full colonel. His experiences in the Air Force all focused on the acquisition process. He was a program manger on such programs as the B1-B, AWACS and the HH 60-D helicopter program. He was the commander of a special contracting activity at Air Combat Command during Desert Storm and Desert Shield where he was recognized personally by the President for his actions. He was also the Director of Contracting for the Eastern Space and Missile range where he oversaw the daily activities of 200 civil servants and 8000 contractor personnel.
Mr. Spilker is a PhD candidate in Knowledge Management and holds an MBA in Operations Research from the University of North Dakota. He has a BS in Aerospace Science from Kent State University. Mr. Spilker also graduated from the Air War College, Air Command and Staff College and Squadron Officers School. He is also a Certified Acquisition Core member and a professional Logistician. |
