Gregory B. Tomlinson, age 65, has served as a director of the Company since September 2004. Mr. Tomlinson, a certified public accountant, is a retired (effective 2002) partner of KPMG LLP, an international public accounting firm. During Mr. Tomlinson�s forty-year career with KPMG, he served in various technical and administrative positions, including Risk Management Partner for the Southwest Area, Partner in charge of the Firm�s Information, Communications and Entertainment practice in the Southwest Area, and immediately prior to his retirement, as Asia Pacific Risk Management Partner, resident in Tokyo.
