Greg Hill has extensive experience in public and private acquisitions and dispositions, as well as raising capital in both public and private markets. He has served as general company counsel to several public and private corporations, and has extensive experience representing both investors and companies in private equity transactions. Mr. Hill also works on corporate governance matters, including advising on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, representing boards of directors, audit committees, and special committees, and conducting internal investigations.
