Gregory C. Lucas has 34 years of experience and has been involved in a substantial number of acquisitions for corporate clients in numerous states, including, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, California, Texas, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Minnesota. He has also provided legal advice in the formation of partnerships, corporations, banking issues and employment law.
Mr. Lucas' business and corporate clients include many large, medium, and small business organizations, whose transactions vary in size from a few thousand dollars to millions of dollars.
Real Estate and Property Law
Mr. Lucas has negotiated office, manufacturing, warehouse, and shopping center leases for landlords and tenants. He has served as a trustee and counsel to the trustee in foreclosure actions. He has counseled clients and prepared all required documents in land-ownership disputes; real estate contracts; options; deeds; leases; property acquisitions; real estate closings; zoning law; subdivision restrictions; and foreclosures and loan workouts.
Trusts and Estates
Mr. Lucas also has extensive experience in Missouri probate proceedings, will contests, preparation of wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements and living wills, health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, and other planning documents.
