Greg Poletti joined Brandywine Senior Living in October 2000 to oversee the food service operations of the company�s Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Divisions. During his first year with the company, he implemented new operating systems and procedures, resulting in significant improvement in quality and over $500,000 in savings. Mr. Poletti�s food service professionals continue to blossom and produce some of the finest food in long term care. In 2003, he took on the added responsibility of managing the major vendors for all company purchases. Since then, Mr. Poletti has successfully negotiated several new contracts for medical supplies, food and major equipment, resulting in lower costs in all areas of operation. Prior to joining Brandywine, Mr. Poletti owned a critically acclaimed restaurant in Kutztown, PA. He spent the early part of his career in the restaurant and hotel arena, including management positions at Marriott and Ramada hotels. Mr. Poletti became involved with healthcare in 1988 when he joined Wood Company, eventually serving as assistant vice president and overseeing the company�s largest client, Manor Care. During his tenure with Wood, the Manor Care group achieved the highest guest satisfaction scores, the lowest costs and the best state survey results in the country.
