Mr. Jolley practices as an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation Sections and is involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Mr. Jolley graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School where he was selected by faculty and his peers to receive the J. Reuben Clark Award. While in law school, Mr. Jolley received several awards in litigation-related competitions, including Best Oralist in the Utah Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition and in the BYU Patent Litigation Course. Before attending law school, Mr. Jolley received a B.S. degree from Utah State University in Civil Engineering magna cum laude with a minor in Mathematics. While at USU, Mr. Jolley completed courses in a wide-range of technical areas including physics, computer science, and electrical engineering. In 2004, Mr. Jolley was named the USU Civil Engineering Student of the Year. Mr. Jolley's current practice focuses in Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets, and Antitrust Litigation.
