On February 20 2008 the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Milzcik as a director of the Company effective April 8 2008. He has beeb President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnes Group Inc. since October 2006. In 2006 prior to his appointment as President Mr. Milzcik served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Barnes Group Inc. He served as President Associated Spring Group Barnes Group Inc. from 2004 to 2006 and President Barnes Aerospace Barnes Group Inc. from 2003 until 2004. Mr. Milzcik is a director of Barnes Group Inc. Mr. Milzcik will become a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on April 8 2008. |
