Greg's transactional practice consists of representing businesses in mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of stock, formation of businesses, negotiating and drafting co-branding and licensing agreements, negotiating and drafting contractor and subcontractor agreements, and general business advice. In addition, Greg has counseled clients on a wide range of operational issues, such as corporate governance and compliance. Greg has assisted clients in a variety of industries, including restaurants, solar power companies, and technology companies.
Greg's general commercial litigation practice spans various substantive areas, including eminent domain, real estate and construction (construction defect, lease disputes, disputes relating to the sale of property), intellectual property (trademark, copyright, and patent infringement, licensing disputes), unfair business practices (unfair competition, antitrust, consumer actions), and privacy and computer law, advertising law, as well as general contract disputes.
During the summer of 1997, Greg served as a summer intern in the California Attorney General's office. While at Boalt Hall, he was Senior Publishing Editor of the California Law Review and a member of the Ecology Law Quarterly.
