Greg Johnson oversees all real estate development, investment and management activities of Wright Runstad & Company. Before joining the company in 2001, Greg was a senior investment manager for the Government of Singapore's global real estate investment company. His past experience includes working with the US Department of Defense as a base closure and conversion consultant throughout the western United States; as a development project manager at Bramalea Pacific, Inc., in Oakland, Calif.; and as an acquisition associate for Sierra Capital Realty Services, Inc., in San Francisco. Greg is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association, and a Board member of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and the Bellevue Downtown Association. He serves as Chair of both the Urban Land Institute s Seattle District Council and the Advisory Board of the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington. Greg also served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1982 to 2003. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa., and an MBA in Real Estate from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia. |
