Gregory L. Cauthen is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Transocean Inc.
Mr. Cauthen joined the company in March 2001 as Vice President, Finance. He then served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer starting in December 2001 and was named Senior Vice President in July 2002. He was appointed to his current position in July 2003. Prior to assuming his duties with the company, he served in management positions with Arthur Young (now Ernst and Young), First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank) and Service Corporation International (SCI), where he was Senior Vice President and President of SCI Financial Services, Inc.
Mr. Cauthen holds a Masters in Accounting degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville. |
