Mr. Roberts practices in the Firm's litigation section, handling a wide range of litigation matters for the Firm's corporate and individual clients. His practice involves commercial and tort litigation with a particular emphasis on toxic tort/hazardous substances litigation. Mr. Roberts has defended both product manufacturers and premises owners in numerous asbestos and welding fume cases. Mr. Roberts has been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah�s Legal Elite in the category of Personal Injury Law (as published in Utah Business Magazine).
