Greg�s practice focuses on business and corporate law, with an emphasis in international transactions. He has represented clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including numerous transactions involving foreign entities. Greg�s practice also involves formation and maintenance of foreign entities owned by U.S. interests.
Greg has negotiated and drafted numerous commercial contracts involving foreign parties, including supply agreements, financing arrangements, and distributor and agency agreements. He is also experienced in matters of foreign investment and international customs and trade issues.
Greg first joined the firm in 1992, practiced as general counsel for an Omaha-based insurance company for several years, and has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 2001.
