Mr. Tschider serves as President of The Capital Trust Company of Delaware and AST Trust Company. He has been instrumental in building AST�s business by establishing and strengthening strategic alliances through which AST delivers personal trust, retirement plan and wealth advisor support services to financial professionals and their clients.

Greg previously served as general counsel and a member of AST Trust Company�s interim management team that successfully cleared regulatory issues and sold the operating assets of Security Trust Company. As an attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP, in Seattle and at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, in San Francisco, Greg�s client list included large financial institutions that he counseled in a variety of matters.

Greg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in actuarial sciences and risk management from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He is a member of the California, Washington and Wisconsin Bar Associations.
