Mr. Berlacher is a founder of Emerging Growth Equities, Ltd. He oversees the activities of the firm, focusing on the Capital Markets area. Mr. Berlacher has been an investment banker for over 16 years, successfully raising over a billion dollars of capital for micro to mid capitalization technology based companies. Prior to EGE, Mr. Berlacher was the Managing Director of Capital Markets at Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. where he was successful at establishing a Capital Markets group including, investment banking, syndicate, M&A and financial advisory services. Prior to that, Mr. Berlacher was Senior Vice President and Manager of Corporate Finance at Pennsylvania Merchant Group Ltd., a Pennsylvania-based investment banking firm, where he was responsible for directing the daily operations of the Corporate Finance group. Mr. Berlacher holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investments from the University of Toledo. He is also a founder of LIP Advisors, LLC, the general partner of Lancaster Investment Partners, L.P., a money management firm. |
