Dr. Fanelli is on staff at the Sports Injury Clinic, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Geisinger Medical Center, Pennsylvania. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Fanelli has published 30 articles and contributed chapters in over 24 textbooks as well as presented at over 80 National and International meetings,; and also served at the Orthopedic Learning Center Facility as Associate Master Instructor - Shoulder Course; and Master Instructor, Knee Course. Dr. Fanelli's honors include: 1998 Reviewer of the Year, Arthroscopy, The Journal of Arthroscopic Surgery and Related Research; 2001 Arthroscopy Association of North America Richard O' Connor Research Award Nominee.; In addition, Dr. Fanelli is currently serving as Associate Editor since January of 2000 for Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery; Editorial Board member for Orthopedics Today; Editorial Advisory Board for Journal of the Knee; and Associate Editor for Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Review. Dr. Fanelli completed a Fellowship at Washington Orthopedic and Knee Clinic in Oxon Hill, Maryland and completed his residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. |
