Since joining the organization, Hopkins and his team have successfully introduced and implemented new client services, resulting in increased revenues and increased customer loyalty. They also reduced customer attrition by over 60%. Hopkins understands that securing a new client is just the beginning of a successful long term relationship.
Hopkins' career spans over 19 years in the domestic and global sales and marketing industries. Most recently he was vice president and general manager of global markets at Telwares Communications, LLC, a telecommunications provider to the Fortune 500. Hopkins also served as the executive vice president of Virtela Communications and vice president of AT&T Global Services.
Hopkins holds an undergraduate degree in business from Whittier College and an executive master�s degree of business from the University of San Francisco. |
