Ms. Jackson is an associate in the Firm�s Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on business litigation, tort defense and construction law. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Ms. Jackson served ten years as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General�s Corps. During her Army career, she accumulated significant trial experience as a prosecutor and senior prosecutor. She tried numerous jury and bench trials, including several high profile murder cases. In her final assignment, she served as a Professor of International and Operational Law at the United States Army Judge Advocate General�s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia. There she taught military and civilian lawyers intelligence law and interrogation operations, legal aspects of information warfare, and the legal implications of military support to civilian authorities and disaster relief efforts.
