Gretchen focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. She works with clients to develop, implement and amend qualified and non qualified plans, including 401(k) plans, welfare plans and ESOPs. She assists publicly and privately-held corporations to implement plan mergers and terminations, prepare flexible benefit and cafeteria plans and analyze various ESOP related financing issues.
Gretchen was previously a member of the Cleveland Tax Institute's Arrangements Committee in 1999 and 2000 and was the committee's chair in 2000. She is a member of the Cleveland, Ohio and American Bar Associations. Gretchen began her tenure with Calfee in 2000. |
