Ms. Gutman is a member of the firm's Government Services and Public Finance Practice Groups and focuses her practice on local, state and federal governmental issues. She brings to the Firm's Government Services Practice a broad range of advocacy, financial and communication skills gained from more than fifteen years experience in state and local government.
Since joining Sommer Barnard in 2002, Ms. Gutman has developed a varied governmental affairs and legal practice representing corporations, trade associations and public sector clients (such as school districts and local units of government) before the general assembly and state regulatory agencies. |
