Gretchen concentrates her practice in litigation, including commercial, securities, employment, real estate and general civil disputes. She has significant experience in the area of employment law, representing Krys Boyle�s clients in employment-related disputes, as well as in drafting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements and employee handbooks. Gretchen also counsels Krys Boyle clients with regard to their internal human resources and employment matters.
Prior to joining Krys Boyle, P.C., Gretchen concentrated her practice primarily in the area of employment law, and she continues to represent Krys Boyle�s clients in employment-related disputes, as well as in drafting employment agreements.
Gretchen is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She is affiliated with the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Colorado Women�s Bar Association and the Faculty of Federal Advocates.Representation of one of the larger creditors in the PG&E bankruptcy resulting in ultimate payment on claim in excess of $100 million.
