Griffith Lee joined American Capital in April 2007 as a Vice President for the Distressed Debt Group in Los Angeles.Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Lee spent over seven years at Chanin Capital Partners, most recently as Vice President, where he advised creditor and bondholder committees, financial sponsors, debtors and other parties in matters relating to financial restructuring transactions and reorganizations, including debt-for-equity conversions, exchange offers, refinancings, recapitalizations, rights offerings, and asset sales. Prior to Chanin, Mr. Lee was a Financial Analyst for the Valuation Advisory Group at Ernst & Young where he specialized in valuations of both healthy and distressed companies in transition.
Mr. Lee received a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
