With more than two decades of Laredo banking experience, Guadalupe Garcia offers personal and commercial customers hands on expertise in nearly all areas of Finance. A member of IBC�s international team since 1980, Garcia�s responsibilities have ranged from Executive Secretary to Assistant Cashier, Vice President serving certificate of deposit needs, and most recently, Senior Vice President in IBC�s Foreign Operations Department.
