Dr. Guenter Jaensch Chairman of the Board has been with Siemens for more than 25 years holding a number of executive positions with this company in Europe and in the United States.
Among his assignments were service as President of Siemens Communications Systems Inc.; President and Chairman of Siemens Corporate Research and Support Inc.; Chairman and CEO of Siemens Pacesetter Inc.; and head of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Division of Siemens AG Medical Group. Dr. Jaensch also served as Executive Director of Siemens Worldwide Accounting and Budgeting Operations and as controller of Siemens Data Systems Group.
Dr. Jaensch holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Ph.D. degree in Business and Finance from the University of Frankfurt; he also taught business for three years. He has been a director of MRV Communications (NASD: MRVC) since 1997 and is a director of BioForce NanoSciences (BFNH.OB). |
