Professional Experience: Guy has over 20 years of practical experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of logistics, supply chain management, process reengineering, change management, enterprise software development, and large-scale project management. He has held senior management positions in healthcare distribution, third-party logistics, and Enterprise Operations. He spent several years as a senior operator for Baxter Health Care, a global medical products and services company focused on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
Over the past 10 years, Guy has taken on a wide variety of consulting challenges in diverse industries across North America. Successful efforts include the creation of a national distribution network for a healthcare company; application of lean methods to double productivity in a 750,000 sq. ft. distribution center; redesign of a national transportation strategy to cut costs by 40%; and development of the functional specifications for an inventory management system at a Fortune 50 corporation. Guy holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of California, Irvine, and an M.A. in Literature from California State University, Fullerton.
