Guy Simpson has served as Deputy Chairman of Catapult Communications Ltd. ("CCL"), the Company's UK subsidiary, since October 1996 and was appointed Vice President of Applications Development of the Company in May 1998. Mr. Simpson joined the Company in 1989 and has held a number of technical and management positions with the Company and CCL since that time. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Simpson was employed for eight years by AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he held a variety of engineering and management positions in the area of advanced digital switching systems. Mr. Simpson holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Hatfield Polytechnic at the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. |
