Dr. Selander is a family physician engaged in private practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Selander has practiced medicine since 1964. Dr. Selander also serves as chairman of the board of directors and a trustee of Memorial Hospital and as a trustee of Brooks Health Systems, both located in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Selander is also a past president of the Florida Medical Association, the Duval County Medical Society and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. He was a delegate to the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Selander has served as a director of FPIC since its formation in 1996 and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPIC from 1997 to 1999. He also served as a director of First Professionals Insurance Company, Inc. from 1989 to 2006 and as its Chairman from 2000 to 2006. |
