Guy Adams has been a director since October 2007. He is a member of the audit and compensation committees. Mr. Adams has served on the board of several public companies. They include Exar Corporation, manufacturers of high-performance, analog and mixed-signal silicon solutions; Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon, a restaurant operator; and Mercer International, a pulp manufacturing company, where he is currently a director. As a founder and managing director of GWA Capital Partners LLC, he invests in private and public equity investments. Mr. Adams has more than 20 years of experience in money management and investment banking, having also served as investment manager with Decurion Corporation and chairman of the Pacific Theaters Employees Retirement Plan. He earned a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
