Gwen Lurie is an Alliance Management director for the Unisys Global Communications and Media Industry group. For the past 27 years, she has been developing and marketing leading-edge products to the communications industry. Her current role within Unisys is to build global alliances which enable Unisys to market and deliver fully integrated solutions to Unisys clients. Gwen has a broad background of technical, marketing, management and business analysis skills and also has extensive experience working with third parties as suppliers and channels.
Other positions Gwen has held at Unisys include marketing director for the BioWare program and in the Unisys Management Systems Division as the director of Business Development. From 1984 until 1993, Gwen served in increasing levels of management responsibility in the CTOS and PC divisions of Unisys. She was primarily responsible for software product development and continuation groups focused on the SNA and Open (X.25 and TCP/IP) communications products.
Prior to joining Unisys, Gwen served as product manager for Franklin Computer, a computer manufacturer of Apple II and MS Dos compatible PC�s. She also held various positions as a software engineer designing and implementing communications products including telex, packet and message switching systems for Siemens and statistical multiplexers for Infotron |
