Ms. Long is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Finance Department at Brown Rudnick.
During law school, she was a summer associate at an international law firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, Ms. Long focused on various issues relating to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the First Amendment. She also assisted in various multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.
In addition, Ms. Long served as a paralegal in the General Litigation Section of the United States Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington, DC. She concentrated on various litigation matters, including Fifth Amendment takings claims, Administrative Procedure Act reviews and Congressional reference cases.
