Gwen manages all litigation, makes policy recommendations and manages NAL Worldwide's legal compliance, corporate governance and contract functions. She has a breadth of legal experience including complex commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment and benefits law and international transactions. Prior to joining NAL Worldwide, Gwen held positions of increasing responsibility in the corporate law departments of Federal Signal Corporation and Hartmarx Corporation.
Gwen holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctorate from the DePaul University College of Law. |
