Mr. Skinner is a Managing Principal of Investment Performance Services responsible for client relationships and marketing efforts around the country. Mr. Skinner works on all aspects of client funds including investment policy formulation, asset allocation strategies, performance monitoring, and manager searches. His manager research responsibilities focus on small and mid cap value equity managers.
Mr. Skinner joined IPS in 1990 as an account analyst in the Reports Department. Following his work in the Brokerage Department and as a Vice President in the Marketing Department, he was promoted to First Vice President in 1994. Prior to joining IPS, Mr. Skinner worked for Sanford C. Bernstein & Company, Inc., a major investment management and research firm. Mr. Skinner is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his B.A. in Economics. |
