H.J. Lee, Co-founder, VP of Engineering Horng-Juing Lee is a co-founder of Streaming21. As a Vice President of Engineering, he leads software development and quality assurance across entire product lines. He also developed the technical roadmap for Streaming21. Prior to co-founding the Streaming21, he had worked in the area of distributed multimedia for a silicon valley high-tech company (e.g. IXMICRO/3CX). He has published more than 20 journal and conference papers and holds multiple patents (granted and pending). Lee received his first M.S. in Computer Engineering from Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan at 1984, second M.S. Computer Science from the University of Iowa at 1991 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Chung-Yuan University, Taiwan. |
