Haim Benjamini is an external director of the Company and a member of the Company�s audit and compensation committees.
Mr. Benjamini is currently an advisor to Teva�s CEO, Board and management. He served as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (1988-2004) and as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Scitex Corporation (1982-1988). Mr. Benjamini served (1997-2003) as a guest lecturer at Tel Aviv University with the Masters of Arts program in Labor Studies. Mr. Benjamini is a Brigadier General (Ret) in the Israel Defense Force and served in various command staff and training roles (1957-1982).
Mr. Benjamini holds an MA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago and a BA in Social Sciences, Sociology and Political Science from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. |
