Since December 2000, Haim Srur has led the Human Resources Department as Vice President throughout the merger of the two companies into Alvarion, and subsequent acquisitions of Innowave and Interwave. In this role, Mr. Srur has concentrated on creating the Alvarion identity as a leader, developing the internal structure that best encourages personal development and growth, and focusing on employee retention. Today, at a level of over 1000 employees worldwide, Mr. Srur is proud of the company�s high level of internal promotion and mobility. Previous to Alvarion, he held the position of HR Director of R&D and Operations Division at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, and prior to that position, he worked an independent consultant in human resources and organizational management to start-up companies. Mr. Srur holds a masters degree in organizational sociology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
