Hakan worked for a Laser Optics Disc manufacturer, McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Co. and Control Components, Inc. in the Logistics areas of Procurement and Production Planning. While working for McDonnell Douglas, Hakan finished his MBA degree in Marketing. At the end of 1994, he entered the recruiting industry as a "headhunter" with a local search firm.
