Hal L. Bettis is our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From 2004 through 2007, Mr. Bettis served as Executive Vice-President of Operations of Goldking Energy Corporation, which was acquired by our Company in May 2007. From 2001 through 2004, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dunhill Resources, Inc. and from 1999 through 2001 he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Willis Energy, LLC, each an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. From 1994 through 1999, Mr. Bettis served as Chief Operating Officer of Taylor Energy Company, a independent exploration and production company operating entirely in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Bettis received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. |
