Hal Cooper has over 14 years in the regional airline industry and joined Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airways Holdings' primary subsidiary, in July 1999 as Vice President and CFO. In February 2002 he became Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary and assumed responsibility for all purchasing and material control for Republic Airways. Prior to joining Chautauqua Airlines, he served as Vice President and CFO of Mesaba Holdings, Inc. from September of 1995 through August 1999.
He received his BS from Jacksonville State University in Finance and Accounting. In 1998, The Minneapolis Business Journal named him to the 40 under 40 list. |
