Hal Hunnicutt brings to JLWA three decades in representing the
interest of business in Arkansas. For the past six sessions of the Arkansas General Assembly, he has been a tireless advocate of the manufactured housing industry.
In 2003, Hal was inducted into their Hall of Fame for his work on
behalf of the industry at the state and federal levels. His many accomplishments include a leading role in the passage of state legislation to allow manufactured homes in cities throughout
Arkansas, major contributions to the drafting of the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act which was passed by Congress in 2000,
and his successful advocacy on behalf of the legislation with the
White House.
Hal has served as a Commissioner on the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, and was a legislative liaison for Governor Bill Clinton.
